Wii Fit
If you would like to lose weight without considering it a chore, the Wii Fit is just for you! The brainchild of Shigeru Miyamoto, Wii Fit is an exercise game developed by Nintendo. Training on the Wii Fit is categorized under strength training, aerobics, balance games as well as yoga. Each of the activities referred to above provide an entire body workout ensuring that there is controlled movement without the possibility of overexertion.
The Wii Fit not only helps exercise the body but also allows a player to take note of other activities that are carried out when they are not playing the game. Once noted, these activities can be added to an individual’s activity log. Of course these activities are not added to the daily time used to exercise. Divided into three categories – light, medium and heavy, which are further divided into activities, there is a multiplier given to the time allocated to these activities. This multiplier shows how the activity affects the player.
This exercise game is surely a boon as all you need to do is set the balance board in the floor and connect the television to the Wii console. To begin you need to stand on the board and score points as well as unlock new challenges by just completing each task without making simple mistakes like falling off or tilting too far in different directions. Does it sound too difficult? No, it isn’t. It’s actually much simpler and less time consuming compared to the time required to commute to and from the gymnasium! In recent times the Wii Fit is the most popular exercise game around as it provides people with an opportunity to lose weight and play video games in the confines of their home. Believe me; the Wii Fit is interesting, simple and fun!
