EA Sports Active Wii – More Fun and a Harder Workout Than Wii Fit

Now Wii Fit was a good idea, but it really lacks some of the physical activity that you need in an exercise program and personally, I found it kind of boring. Now for those gamers that find themselves in need of some physical activity you must try EA Sports Active Wii. This game is reasonably priced and comes with two accessories, a resistance band with two handles and an adjustable leg strap with a pocket in it for the nunchuck. You use both of these accessories for all the activities in this game pack.

Now don’t worry, because you can also use the Wii Fit balance board and of course the nunchuck so that the money that you invested in these items will not go to waste. When you begin the game you will start by creating your own little person or avatar and then the 30 day challenge begins. This is what makes this program so much better than the original Wii Fit.

Each day the game system will lay out a different set of workouts for you, another thing that makes this superior to the Wii Fit experience. It is more like your workout schedule is being geared to you and your specific goals, and is being designed to keep you active and fit without getting bored.

The fitness agenda they have for you everyday makes the game a very worthwhile purchase. That is exactly where Wii Fit didn’t cut it and where EA Sports Active Wii totally makes it happen. This really gets you moving and you never know what is planned for you which makes it so fun. The anticipation and the challenge of it are great.

You are in charge of the level of fitness that you are most comfortable with. This helps the workout be closer to what you need. The big difference from Wii Fit is how you will get pumped by the exercise. It will have you sweating and your heart going strong. Your muscles will tell you that this is a good workout. All while enjoying a game. While Wii Fit had the right idea it never followed through enough to actually keep you in shape, this one is different. You get to play your game and get a good workout. A great concept.
